Suggestions

1. Create an area with destination channel, length, cooldown and vote type.
2. Members submit through /suggest einreichen; each suggestion receives a guild number.
3. Staff change status using Discord or the dashboard and may provide a public response.

• Statuses: SUBMITTED, IN_REVIEW, PLANNED, ACCEPTED, REJECTED, IMPLEMENTED, DUPLICATE and ARCHIVED.
• A database uniqueness constraint prevents multiple votes by the same member.
• Status updates refresh the embed, write history/audit and optionally send a DM.

Forms and privacy

Forms are published as immutable versions. Short compatible questions open directly in Discord; complex or conditional forms use the protected website with pages, private attachments and drafts that can be resumed for 30 days. Every answer and condition is validated server-side.

Applications

• Connect a form to account/membership age, role, window and reapplication requirements.
• Reviewers can claim and independently score; only decision roles or guild managers make the final decision.
• Acceptance can add/remove roles; rejection applies the configured waiting period.
• Applicants can track status, answer questions and export their visible data from the user portal.
• Internal notes and reviews are never placed in public embeds or applicant DMs.
