Suggestions, forms & applications

Manage suggestion areas, multi-step forms and confidential application review.

Suggestions

  1. Create an area with destination channel, length, cooldown and vote type.
  2. Members submit through /suggest einreichen; each suggestion receives a guild number.
  3. Staff change status using Discord or the dashboard and may provide a public response.
  • Statuses: SUBMITTED, IN_REVIEW, PLANNED, ACCEPTED, REJECTED, IMPLEMENTED, DUPLICATE and ARCHIVED.
  • A database uniqueness constraint prevents multiple votes by the same member.
  • Status updates refresh the embed, write history/audit and optionally send a DM.

Forms and privacy

Short/long text, number, email, URL, date/time, choices, Discord resources, rating and confirmation fields are validated server-side. Large forms use multiple Discord modal steps; drafts expire after 30 minutes.

Applications

  • Connect a form to account/membership age, role, window and reapplication requirements.
  • Reviewers can claim and independently score; only decision roles or guild managers make the final decision.
  • Acceptance can add/remove roles; rejection applies the configured waiting period.
  • Internal notes and reviews are never placed in public embeds or applicant DMs.
