Getting started
Invite the bot, place its role, open the dashboard and test the first module.

Use the invite button on this website. Review the requested permissions and select a server you manage. Byterider never asks for Administrator.
- Select a server you are allowed to manage.
- Review and approve the displayed permissions.
- Verify that Byterider appears in the member list.
- Open the dashboard and select the server.
2. Place the bot role
Discord only allows a bot to manage roles below its highest role. Move the Byterider role above auto roles, level roles and ticket team roles.
3. Run guided setup
- Choose Community, Support, Creator, Gaming or Security as a starting point.
- Select the goals you need, a primary channel and a private log channel.
- Apply safe defaults; Automod and security protections start without automatic punishment.
- Follow the personal checklist and resolve only missing configuration or permissions.
