Ticket system
Categories, panels, claiming, closure confirmation, transcripts and deletion.

A category defines channel placement, team roles, maximum open tickets, form questions and transcript delivery. Create categories before publishing a panel.
- Questions are answered in a Discord modal.
- Private overwrites include the creator, configured team and bot.
- Open-ticket limits are applied separately to each member and category.
Panels
Panels can use buttons or a dropdown. Attach one or more categories and publish the panel into a sendable text channel.
Claiming
Claiming shows the team who is currently responsible. Only one team member can hold the claim at a time, while the configured support roles keep access. Unclaim releases the ticket again.
Closure and deletion
The creator can request closure. The other side must confirm before the transcript is created and the channel is removed. Closed tickets can be reopened or explicitly deleted by authorized users.
Transcripts
HTML transcripts preserve messages, reply context, authors, attachments, embeds, reactions and jump targets. They remain in the protected dashboard archive and can also be sent to a private transcript channel or by DM.
