Troubleshooting

Roles do not work

• Grant Manage Roles.
• Move Byterider above the target role.
• Do not use managed integration roles.
• Verify that the intended role is selected in the correct server dashboard.

Messages or tickets fail

• Grant View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links.
• For tickets, grant Manage Channels and Manage Roles.
• Verify that configured channels and categories still exist.
• Enable Message Content when full ticket message text is required.

Dashboard or sign-in fails

• Return to the home page and start a fresh Discord sign-in.
• If a server is missing, verify that you can manage it or have a matching dashboard role grant and native Discord permission.
• Reload the page if recently created channels or roles are not listed yet.
• Check the status page if no server data can be loaded.
